#ccITstv been seeing some discussions about bill as steve's intended main protag in the book, and just wanted to add that, yes he is the intended hero. we begin with his chapter, a detailed and emotional unfolding of georgie's death, and looking at the toc, we also end with his
#ccITstv not to mention that the original Losers (richie, eddie, ben, stan) consider him the de facto leader of the group, each of expressing that bill is the "strongest" of them all -- in one way or another
#ccITstv there's also the fact that bill is known as steve's self-insert, wc became wildly obvious to me in his section in ch3 which indulgently details bill-steve's college writing experience and beliefes & how he stuck it to the man (or creative writing instructor in this case)
