iron, B12, folic acid n vitamin c for anemia. b12 and folate help your body form blood cells, and vitamin c helps ur body absorb more iron. try taking ur iron pills with some orange juice if u can
calcium, vit D, magnesium and vit K2 for bone health
ALA, B-complex supplements (or at least vit B1, B6 and B12) and fish oil for nerve health
vit B2: involved in the metabolism of all nutrients, energy production, healthy mouth and skin tissue, good vision ect
vit A: essential for the normal growth of bones, healthy vision, reproduction and immune function. also high doses of vitamin A can cause damage to the liver.
