ik my friends will say i didn’t need to lose any weight to start with, but following on from my previous thread, have been biscuit, choc etc free for just over 6 weeks and 4kg down
for me, this means everything. was definitely hard to start with, cutting out all the comfort food and my fav snacks but it’s all worth when i look in the mirror and don’t want to cry because i think i’m fat
and i know i was never fat to start with but am generally so proud of myself that i did this for MYSELF and my own happiness. am also cutting out dairy products and replacing them with vegan alternatives because every little helps
