Almost 5 months in BML and i& #39;ve been really productive. Pero what i don& #39;t like being here is that every waking hour there& #39;s this nagging feeling that i have to do something, like anything, which can really lead to burnout.
Dati i used to go home every 2 weeks, kasi may time na nagbreakdown ako dahil sa burnout after staying here for 3 straight weeks (guess what, kinaya ko ang 5 months lockdown)
There are times na nabuburnout rin ako nitong huli, so i& #39;m really trying to balance work and leisure.

Tuwing hapon, naglalakad ako sa dalampasigan or sa pier para manood ng sunset or magchill lang ganon, and it& #39;s really relaxing.
Now i& #39;m starting this habit na unless may urgent deadline, matutulog ako by 9 or 10 pm kasi usually 5 am ako nagigising at mas productive ako sa umaga.

August 10 pa naman deadline ng report, so chill lang muna, no rush, wag magpapaburnout. Balance work and leisure lalo na& #39;t work from marine lab tayo hahaha
