You should really send out some “feelers” to acquire Matt Breida in your fantasy leagues.

In his last 5 seasons as a coach Gailey’s offenses have averaged:

2010: 90 RB Targets
2011: 123 RB Targets
2012: 108 RB Targets
2015: 117 RB Targets
2016: 123 RB Targets

Average of 112 RB targets, which is one more than the Chiefs has in 2019.

Last year the Dolphins had 120 RB targets, between some less-than-stellar runningbacks.

This year with Breida I’d expect somewhere close to 130-140 total targets. And Breida could easily be looking at 100 of those.

This number could be even higher with the recent opt-outs.

The only other players to have 100+ targets last year were:

• CMC
• Ekeler
• Cohen
• Fournette

Breida isn’t expensive and in a PPR league his floor, if healthy, is an RB3. He’s a great buy for a contender. See if you can grab him for a 3rd rounder.
