Don’t mistake beIN as simply a sports broadcaster, they are unapologetically a propaganda outlet.

They act to use sports broadcasting to push pro-Qatar propaganda and (allegedly) use corrupt practices to secure the media rights to the sports broadcasting requires.

Qatar is a nation with an appalling human rights record that faces allegations of funding terrorism. There are legitimate concerns that it uses slave labour and there appears to be evidence that they murdered (by torture) a journalist.

Shouldn’t human rights organisations be questioning how and why this nation and its propaganda broadcasters are given so much control over U.K. and World sports organisations?
