The question is how to remove a corrupt political class that operates with the sanction of Hizbollah since this class provides a facade of international respectability(Christian President, Sunni PM, "elected Parliament" etc) that protects + camouflages Iran's control of Lebanon?

As an Iranian quasi satellite Lebanon still has a seat at the UN, embassies recognized worldwide, a global network of a State in relatively good standing etc. That could be removed if the Hizb took full control and they know that.

So how do you begin to solve this without destroying Hizbullah? And how can you destroy it? The million dollar question.

The corrupt political class preceeded Hizbullah by decades but was adopted by them. You cannot remove one without the other and nobody so far has any idea of how that can be done.
