disclaimer: i have only rewatched up to season 5 so anything after sirenix i've gotten from clips or from the wiki.

magic winx
- came with a great song
- simple and effective designs
- amazing spells
- followed a common theme effectively

charmix
- symbol of confidence/true self
- adds new colours/patterns to magic winx
- introduces power ups
- symbolises the winx's interests/powers

enchantix
- amazing designs
- earned through a brave sacrifice for someone
- introduced fairy dust
- incredibly powerful ... the "final fairy form"

believix
- introduces the concept of multiple wings
- a transformation powered by belief of non-magic users is cool
- casual outfits for once, everyone stands out
- fairies can help people come over their weaknesses/poor habits... and that's pretty neat

sophix
- the outfits were a serve omg
- the first sub-transformation, allowed the fairies to unite with nature
- also tecna... was so stunning here and we deserved that

lovix
- the designs are really cute!
- a transformation to protect the winx from the cold is really cool imo
- the song is cute lol
- let the winx use ice-related powers

harmonix
- some of the best attack spells in the series
- they gave us THAT musa hairstyle... iconic
- wings that represent fins... amazing
- allows the fairies to use their magic easier underwater... probably due to smaller wings?

sirenix
- best transformation song
- AMAZING concept
- a practical transformation, which follows the common theme pretty well
- cool hairstyles! (we ignore the underwater hair change tho)

bloomix
- the idea of sharing the dragon flame is great
- the BEST designs... also following a common theme very well
- in the comics there's a couple of cool spells
- nobody looks bad

mythix
- introduced wands
- the best wings in the show tbh
- interesting way of acquiring it
- ngl i like that the sequence is in 3D

butterflix
- the wings are pretty cool
- the spells are great, aisha finally gets a water spell
- brings back the nature-based powers

tynix
- tynix bracelets are pretty cool
- one of the best transformation songs
- allows the fairy to always join powers together with their fairy animal

cosmix
- i love the design and common theme (except the wings lol)
- literally lets the winx destroy black holes i think?
- just the idea of a cosmic transformation is great lol
- light-based power? yes please

dreamix
- the wings omg... they're so beautiful
- gives the winx different specialities
- i like that the way it's earned is kind of hazy

onyrix
- FLARES AND BELL SLEEVES OMGGGG
- the abilities onyrix gives the fairies are amazing
- the common theme of braids is kinda cool
