Secrets of success - A Thread

1. There are three subjects that really makes an impact on anyone’s life.

- Personal development.

- Goal setting.

- Financial independence.

2. Personal development:

Here's the best lesson you can get on economics, it's very simple.

"You get paid for bringing value to the marketplace"

It takes time to bring value to the marketplace.

However, we do not get paid for time.

3. Now the key question is..

Is it possible to become twice as valuable to the

marketplace and make twice as much money

in the same amount of time?





The answer is "Yes"

4. Let's say you work for McDonald's, they'll pay you $5
an hour to take out the trash.

If you whistle while you take out the trash, they'll pay you $6 an hour.

What just happened?

You become a bit more valuable to the marketplace.

5. In climbing this ladder economically, all you have to do

is work harder on YOURSELF than you do on your job.

If you became better than you were each year, then you

would become more attractive to the marketplace.

6. How can you work hard on yourself?

You must learn from

- Personal past experience
- Other people's experience
- Reading Books

The 3rd one is vitally important

If you will change, everything will change for you.

You'll never be the same.

7. Goal setting

Ask these questions

- How do you feel about past?
If you are not happy with past results, then don't do it again.

- How you feel about the future
The promise of the future can be an awesome force for your own future!

8. Goal setting

- Decide what you want
- Write it down
- Keep the old lists
- Check off when you achieve it

If the future gets clear, the price gets easier.

For every promise, there's a price to pay.

9. The Price

If the promise is clear & powerful, the price is easy to pay.

The price is some classes, few books, or a few disciplines.

The price is finding something that will make your life

better make you grow, make you change, make you develop.

10. Major reasons for setting goals is for what they make of you in achieving them.

Say your goal is to be an millionaire

Now once you become a millionaire, what's important is not the money.

It's not what you get that makes you valuable. It's what you become.

11. Financial independence is the ability to live from the income of your own personal resources.

You gotta have the right philosophy

Poor philosophy:
Spend their money and invest what's left.

Rich philosophy:
Invest their money and then spend what's left.

12. Ironically, it doesn't matter what the amount is,
it's the philosophy that matters.

For every dollar you earn, spend no more than 70cents
-10 Cents for Charity
-10 Cents for Active capital investment
-10 Cents for Passive capital investment

13. Self-Questions

- Why? Why should you work this hard?
