I haven’t been keeping up with Meghan’s case against MoS because I thought the judge being a former employee of the MoS or something was kind of biased & corrupt.

After reading the results from today’s ruling, I realized the judge really saved MoS from themselves.

The MoS wanted to name those sources to create articles but what they didn’t realized was that if the judge ruled on their side then every source they ever had would be on the table as well.

Y’all best believe Meghan’s Team was ready for either ruling. If they won fine, the case moves forward. If they didn’t win then Meghan would have had filed another legal claim requesting they name every source they ever had on articles that lied about her character.

Expose them

This ruling wouldn’t have just effect Meghan. Think of other high profile people the MoS tried to write character assassination articles on. Those people will money and resources would have used this ruling against them as well. Te floodgate would have opened up big.

So, while Meghan won and I am glad she did. The judge continues to favor the MoS and even protects them against themselves if he must.

I am not even gonna get into his idiotic opinions of asking both teams to behave when he knows the disparity between Meghan and a giant news cooperation that writes about everything that happens there with a slant. He could have avoided this by placing a gag order but nope. So..
