“These raise important issues regarding the separation of powers and how the Court can or can not seek to restrain parliament’s work. I consider the orders are in breach of parliamentary privilege & there seems to have been little regard to this as the order was rushed out. 4/n
“The National Party seems very willing to send private medical information around at will, yet when their own internal affairs are questioned legal processes end up being commenced without hesitation. 5/n
