It took 48 hours to sell my house for 45k over asking price. House down the street, similar size, has tesla solar panels and has been on the market for more than 3 months.
I'm finding a lot of these stories where the solar company says "it will raise value of house, pay off loan with equity after appraisal".
Deal killer
"Good question, it added no additional value to the house and was installed 3 years ago. It was more of a bonus for me that cost the previous owner $60,000..."

It seems $tsla solar is more liability than asset on a home...
