We need more "flexible experts" in healthcare - people that understand the space but also have an open mind and willingness to entertain new ideas without being dismissive about them

There are two ways to do that IMO

1) Get people who are new to healthcare and imaginative/curious about different ways of approaching a problem while making them experts

2) Ask experts a lot of questions about why things couldn't be done in certain ways

One thing that's been great about the out-of-pocket slack has been having both new to healthcare + experienced people in one place

new people ask great "why?" questions, and experienced people need to revisit assumptions about why things are a certain way
