It wasn't pong technically, but the next generation where you'd put plastic films over the TV screen to "change" the game from tennis to basketball, etc. It was just pong.

I'm swerving from video to tabletop for this. First named character I remember was my paladin from ADnD - "Valerian" - who is now immortalized as a character in my sci-fi/fantasy universe.

2 Favorite Character (in game)
Answering this one for in game. My knee-jerk reaction is Garrus Vakarian from Mass Effect. But Wrex is also in Mass Effect. And for pure snark evil it's hard to beat HK-47 from KOTOR.

3 Underrated Game
One I liked was a PC game called Enigmo which was a puzzle variation on Lemmings, but in this case you had to direct streams of water. It's been revived as retro on apps for the phone, but it naturally just does not play the same.

3 Underrated Game Again
But the game I found amazing that no one else was talking about was Arcanum: of Magik and Steamworks Obscura. A must for the steampunk lover.
