The irony of AEW getting criticism for their women’s division now is that it may one day end up being the best in the world when they actually give a shit. Just HOW GOOD is literally every other angle?

It’s not a talent issue, it’s a-transparently-not-caring-as-much issue.
Outside of their Champions, Britt Baker (w/Rebel and Swole) is the only other woman that’s been given clear effort, direction and character development, and she’s been fantastic.

The immense quality of the rest of the booking is the hardest evidence of their casual disinterest.
The Deadly Draw could end up being a big success, despite them labelling it missable by planting it on YT. It requires focus & commitment that’s never been evident enough elsewhere. It could be a launching pad, which would go some way to making up for it being relegated at birth.
There may be reasons that either damn or absolve AEW depending on your own views, but that’s speculation. We on the outside ARE permitted to draw conclusions from watching the show though.

IMO, do *everything* you’re doing for the men, and do them for women. Change The Universe.
