Btw, here is the tattoo sported by deputies in the very normal East LA Station extracurricular club the Banditos.

Deputies who don’t join have alleged assault and harassment, and claim they have to pay fees directly to the Banditos.

The only way law enforcement can build trust is through transparency, and even then it must be paired with accountability.
