Hi new friends.

1. I think the most important thing, no matter the political affiliation that you claim, is to remember that all of this has a point: for people to live their lives. To succeed and reach the greatest potential they can without having to cannibalize the...
2. ...wellbeing of their neighbors to do it.

There's some responsibilities on the individual: don't screw people over. Don't kill them. Don't take their stuff. Treat them as well as you hope to be treated at least.

Government exists because sometimes we need...
3. ...someone to help organize that. If we were all perfect, anarchy would be great. The only place you're free from being preyed upon, though, is in a well monitored cell. That defeats the purpose.

In the US, I think we've lost that goal. It's not about your guy winning.
4. It's not about your affiliation coming to power or succeeding. It's about accomplishing collectively what we can't do individually so that we can get on with doing what we can do individually as best we can.

I might be preaching to the choir here. If so...
5. ...forgive my presumption. I want to be part of the solution, not the problem, and I think that starts with us all being on the same page.

Thanks for stopping by my page. I will probably say something you don't like at some point. Just remember:

The goal...
6. ...is that we all get to live well, have what we need to get to tomorrow, and look forward to the journey.

I look forward to walking it with you all.

Peace.
