Debunking Myths/Stigmas On Homosexuality because I’m tired of the ignorance: A thread.

“Booty Bandit”/Making jokes about taking someone’s ass: If there’s anything that shows your ignorance, it’s this. There are many “roles” but the basics are tops, bottoms, and verses. Tops give, Bottoms receive, verses do both. If you gon make a joke, make sure it makes sense.

“Homosexuality is being forced through the media and turning our kids gay”: I as a gay male grew up watching shows/movies/videos and listening to songs that pushed having a boy having a GF and vice Versa. It was literally everywhere.. Yet I’m still gay. Debunked.

“Gays created HIV by engaging in Anal sex”: HIV originally stems from a kind of Chimpanzee (Not sure which one). It was originally called Simian Immunodeficiency Virus, or SIV for short, and once that Chimp somehow transferred it to a human, it became Human Immunodeficiency Virus

“Gay males couldn’t have had a father in their life”: While my father wasn’t in MY life, I have countless other gay friends who have one in theirs.. Yet, they’re still gay.

“Gay guys cool asf as long as they don’t try me”: I’ve heard this from the same niggas who would say this, and then would immediately proceed to hit on a gay female.. “She’s gay but she’s still a female”. I get it. You’re straight, so you’re attracted to females regardless.

^So with that being said, with us being Gay males we are attracted to males.. Regardless. So for you to say that statement and then continue to hit on a lesbian, congratulations, you literally just became what you hate lmao.

“Gays are always very feminine.”: Firstly: That’s not true at all. You see me and hella other gays in person and you won’t even know Unless I speak my mind or tell you. Secondly: Nigga and?? Feminine or not, a nigga is a nigga and will beatchyo ass like such.
