“My breasts will NOT SAG if I don’t breastfeed”

This is one MYTH we ‘busted’ yesterday!

When your breast milk comes in after your little human’s birth, Your nipples and areolas, which probably got darker during pregnancy, may lighten up again in the months after delivery.
Yes, breastfeeding can affect your breasts because the flow of milk can stretch your breast skin and tissue making your breasts even bigger than they were during pregnancy. (I really liked this stage 🙈😉)
Once you've stopped breastfeeding, your breasts will likely return to their pre-pregnancy size & the once stretched out skin now leaves some women with an "empty", deflated or sagging look to their breasts when the milk-producing structures shrink.
However other factors too can affect The appearance of your breasts more than breastfeeding. 👇🏻👇🏻

* BMI -- body mass index, a measure of your percentage of body fat.
* The number of pregnancies you've had.
* A large pre-pregnancy breast size.
* Age (Older)
* Smoking
* Gravity
These changes might require you to wear a different bra size than you used to.
Many women come to accept their changed.

So breastfeeding or not, your breasts might still sag 🙊
Invest in a good nursing bra when breastfeeding and try losing pregnancy weight gradually helps (forget all those snap back pics 🤪)
