Below is a pic of the "percent +ity for new cases" measure.
It reads "...for FL residents and non-FL residents"
I could not get the numbers to work out. Ever.
Until now.
At least the numerator (first time + people).
How?
2/ Two steps:
1. Did not use the # of new cases reported on a given date. I used the date the case was confirmed (CASE_DT).
2. I RESTRICTED TO FL-RESIDENTS!
That& #39;s right, at least the numerator of this % (the # I can verify) is based on FL-residents only

3/ Not going to oversell the impact (you shouldn& #39;t either).
But what& #39;s happening with the denominator? Why is this listing as being among ALL cases? Why restrict to FL-residents.
We& #39;ve been thru this w/ other indicators.
