📊👈😡 WHY DO I KEEP HAVING TO DO THIS?

1/
Below is a pic of the "percent +ity for new cases" measure.

It reads "...for FL residents and non-FL residents"

I could not get the numbers to work out. Ever.

Until now.

At least the numerator (first time + people).

How?
2/ Two steps:

1. Did not use the # of new cases reported on a given date. I used the date the case was confirmed (CASE_DT).

2. I RESTRICTED TO FL-RESIDENTS!

That's right, at least the numerator of this % (the # I can verify) is based on FL-residents only 😕

Tell @HealthyFla
3/ Not going to oversell the impact (you shouldn't either).
But what's happening with the denominator? Why is this listing as being among ALL cases? Why restrict to FL-residents.

We've been thru this w/ other indicators.
