I love @PopeyesChicken , but I hate popeyes! Just went to redeem mine and my hubby's @TMobile Tuesday coupon, redeemed through mobile order went to pick up at drive through the lady said "my manager said that we arent doing that." I said
"well I already redeemed so can I speak to the manager? "She said "pull to the window" so I pull to the window she says "my manager says we cant honor it and shes not coming to the window." I say "well its already paid for so can I get my coupon back?" She shuts the window and
I wait a while while shes talking to her manager the manager comes to the window at least 5 min later and says "you need something?" I said "yeah my food or my coupon" she says "I cant do nothing about that and you need to get out my drive through line"
Now, Im not a confrontational person, so I pull aside and call corporate and wait 20 min on hold to file my complaint. I honestly would not have been upset had she handled it more professionally. I have worked in food service and customer service.
Suggestion: "Im sorry, we are not honoring that coupon at this location, and I do not have the ability to reverse the order. Here is the number to our corporate office so that you can see what your options are." Instead of leaving me at the window not knowing whats going on for
at least 5 min in a line wrapped around the building to come back and say you need to get out of my drive through line" Like, How are you a whole manager and don't won't deal with customers? #popeyes #tmobiletuesday #customerdisservice
