Moving to our now new home,gran hated it. She loathed the place, at first we thought it was anger and trauma that we had downgraded so much that to a 2room mkhukhu that had no electricity at the time. Now we realize that she could sense that place was/is filled with darkness
Our weekly routine was that laundry is done every Friday after school and mama was against the fashion of panties be washed in the same water you bathed in. So that Friday I did the laundry and when I went back to get the laundry off the line our underwear was gone

So I started getting these huge boils all over my body and face https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="đ€" title="Denkendes Gesicht" aria-label="Emoji: Denkendes Gesicht"> (I still donât understand our ignorance and naive behavior, especially considering that our gran was a retired sangoma and mama was also gifted). We were just dumbfounded for whatever reason
Iâd get these huge boils & my body would start itching every evening after sunset, sometimes Iâd wake up with my face dis formed with water coming out of the rash like thing that Iâd get on my face. Mama thought mama itâs dust or that Iâm having an allergic reaction to something
Went to the clinic and even saw a doctor and all I was given was allergy medicine or an injection. Mama got an idea that I go sleep at a friends every evening and come back in the morning to prepare for school, strange thing is Iâd get these boils or whatever every evening
and wake up in the morning and there would be no evidence of them on my body, this would only happen if I slept at home. When I slept at the friends house nothing would happen no allergies nothing
Let me reiterate this, I got these boils every evening after sunset if Iâm home and when Iâm not home Iâd be completely fine. No itching, no scary things all over my body and a peaceful nights sleep. This continued until our gran was like
This is rubbish and thereâs no way that we can live like that, she came with tranditional herbs and a after a while remedied the situation. Till this day thatâs how my body reacts to muthi I get a rash and we will go into more incidents of such.
