1) Kim Gardner had an overwhelming vote of confidence in Black majority wards
2) Tishaura Jones blew out Jeffrey Boyd in Black maj. wards

In the "Progressive" majority white wards, Kim Gardner, Tishaura Jones,and Cori Bush won decisive victories.
In the "Conservative" white majority wards, Mary Pat Carl, Jeffrey Boyd and Cori Bush won victories.... also, the lowest support for Medicaid expansion. 2/2

* a few exceptions apply but these patterns are pretty consistent. Also, my mind is blank at the moment and I can't recall if the 20th ward in South City has a plurality black population now, but it fits the "progressive" white majority ward pattern.
