Women are naturally manipulative. Your aim as a man is to remove the avenues as to which she can manipulate you, so a relationship of genuine desire can take place.
Sexual manipulation, Your jealousy and Your fear of her leaving you are 3 areas of female manipulation.

1. Sexual manipulation: The instant u promise a woman that u will not be sexual with any other woman besides her, she owns u. She OWNS your balls. I don't care how alpha you think you are. Idc how high you think your SMV is. Idc how much money you make.
U know this in your heart.

A woman's ability to sexually manipulate you is removed when she knows at the back of her head that you can and WILL act on your desire to have sexual options. Once that is understood, she will feel no need to withdraw sex or her intimacy to correct your behavior.

She'll know you'll get sex elsewhere. She has no choice but to genuinely sort issues out with you when they arise and to keep the enjoyment of sex with you separate from whatever minute problems surface in the relationship.

This is not cheating as you never make a promise or accept sexual exclusivity, you state your sexual inexclusivity verbally or non-verbally.

2. Your jealousy: it's funny how jealousy has become a way to show you love someone.
It is equally pitiful that the more jealous a man is the easier it is for a woman to use his jealousy and manipulate him.
All she has to do is dangle the fact that there are other men...

And her man becomes plaster in her hands.

Show women that you can't be bothered about other men in her life: her friends, her other suitors, the random men who text her or send her money, etc.
You will be a truly different breed of man.

This lack of jealousy does not mean you stop loving your girl, but you instead show your love for her through other means asides the negative emotion such as jealousy.
You teach her that other men do not affect what you have with her.
The guilt alone will eat her up.

She will also be more truthful to you once she knows the existence of other men does not affect your relationship, it allows you to categorize the seriousness of the relationship too. No need to check her phone or what not. You remain unaffected. Other men are not a threat.

And if she actually leaves you for another man, so what?

You'll find another woman.

What's more? She'll probably be back.

It is easier to do this when you have options. I always return back to this, HAVE OPTIONS. You may not necessarily be fucking your options, but have them just incase of incase-ities.

Women can tell the difference between a man with options and a man without. For all their ranting about 'loyal men', they find you more desirable when you're desired by other women. Pre-selection. Balance is achieved when you don't shove your options in her face.
