The art community needs a healthier mindset. You can pick and choose what criticism people give you to help yourself and NOT lash out those who don't word it the exact way you wanted it. You can choose not screenshot and make fun of every bad comment/customer you get. https://twitter.com/Sntmntlrestart/status/1291006298457137152
You can give advice to others about developing a style and also acknowledge that styles ARE an accumulation of multiple influences which INCLUDES YOURSELF.

You can share similarities to other artists and still be unique, but also understand that resemblances are bound to happen.
You can make tutorials to help guide people and also understand that some of these tutorials might not be made for your needs and that it's okay.

You can choose not to shame people for drawing in a more fanservicey style and accuse them of being "perverts."
You can choose not to shame people for drawing in a simple style and calling them "lazy".

You can understand that art takes time and that if you are a beginner you don't need to compete with pros when you first start out.
You can understand that social media networking and having multiple streams of revenue is important while also acknowledging their flaws and that social media is not catered to artists.

You can understand that social media can be unhealthy, but also a necessity for some.
You can understand that social media is hard and that the struggles bigger and smaller artists have aren't invalidated by each other and shouldn't be trivialized.

You can understand sharing similar ideas, concepts, etc is normal and that pointing it out doesn't invalidate you.
You can acknowledge that some artists can really use skme exposure and that some smaller account are helped by it.

You can acknowledge that followers aren't everything and that engagement is not a linear pathway to success.
You can acknowledge that tracing and using references do have their gray areas, but also understand that in some cases it can be a useful learning tool.
