thread of me criticizing spop s5 if this kind of thing upsets u dont open!

the way catras personality changed was rly strange imo like i was expecting more of the like funny chaotic and playful catra that we saw in early s1 and in portal

glimbow was rushed and Im saying this as someone who loved that ship to death in s1. its cute and i can still enjoy it but it felt so out of place bc there was no development for it in s2-s4

the real enemy is scorfuma though. How were they gonna force in a relationship at the last minute to make scorpia realize her worth or whatever but have like no real apology or resolution between catra and scorpia

making half the princesses chipped was so dirty honestly. love that during out last season with these characters half of them were fuckin brainwashed

this episode was so unnecessary and they could have used the time to make s5 not so rushed. the star siblings were cute but it was such a waste of time aside from developing glimmer and bow's relationship

the rift between glimmer and adora in s4 was so fucking important and they just completely abandoned it in s5. Ik some of yall dont care abt the relationship between any of the characters aside from catradora but this was so disappointing

entrapta was written so badly in s5 like the allistic writer really jumped out. the robot fucking was weird as shit and it felt like they were struggling w writing her moral compass (1/2)

its a little hard to explain but like they had that whole plot point about her only caring about tech and not remembering glimmers name & then her saying "no im trying to help my friend glimmer!!!!" and then her going back to tech again & then back to friendship. just bad writing

It was REALLY good when entrapta said that shes not good at friendships but she is good at tech and she wants to use tech to help, this hit really close to home as an autistic person, but everything after that was
