omg this is something that’s been bothering me for days like yeah he talked about a full album and having a concert this year but u know what? a lot of those mentions came after he already knew he was having a baby
do yall think babies fall from the sky? he had months to prepare and rearrange his schedules. i personally believe that’s why he released 2 albums last year AND did heart4u bc they figured after revealing the baby/marriage info he would have to lay low. they prepared for that
and one thing i hate is that these kind of complaints remove jongdae’s agency from the discussion. did u stop to think maybe he wANTED a break to stay home with his pregnant wife?? and he wanted to be there and help after his kid was born for the first few months??
maybe he asked for that! u don’t know! none of us do! so why is it that ur default assumption is that it’s something negative and he’s being punished by being MIA
u don’t know what he’s up to! i doubt he’s sitting at home twiddling his thumbs when he’s not busy being a dad. he’s probably writing lyrics and working on music so that when he’s READY he’ll have stuff prepared
it’s not like he took a hiatus for the hell of it. taking time off to just be a dad is a luxury he’s able to have so why is that wrong? why do pol want him to have to be in the public doing promos when he still has so many antis yelling about him every day?
i wish he didn’t have to lay low, i wish the industry was kinder toward idols getting married. but it’s not. so just let him do things at his own pace right now. clearly he’s not going anywhere, we know this
