Some confirmation on names.
"Toad's Cafe" for the restaurant (Kinopio in Japanese)
"Yoshi's Adventure" for the ride, sign matches leaked model photos
"1-Up Factory" for gift shop, just like we saw in aerial photos

More description of the actual ride with details on how we'll be on a (presumably) interactive adventure to hunt eggs. Also, it points out that we'll have a view out over the Mushroom Kingdom. (3/6)

Could the full title be... Mario Kart: Koopa's Challenge?
Confirmation of multiple courses on the attraction. If this information is true and not placeholder text, ride time is ~5 minutes, 4 riders per car (as expected) and min height 42". (4/6)

Promotional photos seem to be taken in actual ride vehicle, with staged backgrounds. Vehicles have steering columns for all riders. Riders shown physically throwing shells somehow, each with their own color. Text confirms AR technology for ride. (5/6)

Interactive Land
Lastly, a quick look at the Power-Up Bands and the App. Further confirmation that a band can only be purchased, but that you can still experience the rides without one. It says there'll be ways to access your game data at points in the land without app. (6/6)

Keep in mind that all of this information has not been confirmed by Universal, and is from March. Things could've certainly changed between then and whenever the land actually opens in Japan. There's a good chance AR on MK may not open with the land at first, for example.
