Why if it believed those behind the bid could not satisfy the PL’s Owners & Directors Test not act to tell them as such?
Why has the Premier League allowed a foreign TV broadcaster, the Qatari beIN, to write to PL clubs to urge them to lobby against the Newcastle United takeover

How can it countenance overt foreign interference in the governance of the elite division of the national game?
Why have executives within the Premier League briefed beIN and the national media throughout the takeover?

Why has one PL executive been allowed to articulate a clear opposition to the takeover?
Why has the Premier League refused to even acknowledge the inquiries from the Newcastle United Supporters Trust?
And ignore the local and national media?
