some info to know while trying to help #Lebanon rn:

1. DO NOT SIGN PETITIONS! they don’t work in lebanon.

2. please do NOT share potentially triggering pictures and videos, like footage of victims. +

+ 3. check on your friends and family that are in lebanon. but don’t expect them to explain the current situation since they will probably still be in shock.

4. DOWNLOAD the Red Cross Lebanon app and PLEASE DONATE!! any amount counts no matter how small! ++

++ and due to the devaluation of the Lebanese Lira, make your donations in anothercurrency, such as USD, Euros, Pounds...

currently (because it changes everyday) the exchange rates are:

1$=8,000-10,000 LBP
1€=9,410 LPB
1£=10,340 LBP
