If you are under 18 and confident enough about sustaining yourself, try getting yourself emancipated once you turn 16.

To the adults, once you are financially independent, create a support group among your acquaintances to protect the vulnerable ones among them.
The said vulnerable people would include - Muslims, Dalits, Bahujans, Adivasis, those in the LGBTQ+ community (see if you can account for those in the closet), Kashmiris, Assamese, Mizo people, etc.
Protection would include staying actively in touch with them through safer apps like Signal/We Chat/Telegram, actively helping them secure education/jobs in the referral systems, helping them in emigration/medical procedures/ any situation that threatens their financial stability
Excommunicate and ostracize the bhakts from any shared groups. A.R.M.Y, we need to create a blocklist of bhakts for whatever social media platforms we use and start blocking them en masse. And we need to confront our fanclubs on this.
Hide the 'suspicious' apps using innocuous icons. Place a strong appslock and even a VPN if you can afford it.
Those who are students, get in touch with anti-fascist student unions and group together to keep yourselves and the vulnerable ones safe. Because, by '24 or '29 you might have to become party members to continue your education as NEP has linked NCC to the military.
To the teachers, do the same as above, as even you may soon be forced to become civil servants. Do not allow NCC and ABVP or any fascist student union to enter your classrooms. This is a duty especially for ALL teachers from left leaning faculties.
Fascist governments have a record of targeting universities as they tend to have a larger number of left leaning departments in there. But those departments are all too small even if there are many of them.
So, the average university is still centrist/right leaning due to departments like MBA, engineering, etc. which bring in a bulk of students and tuition money. But fascists don't care about it.
So, departments like Maths, Anthropology, Physics, etc. will have to rely more on conscience and grit than on money to survive in the coming years. Younger professors and students will have to fight the older professors who might be more inclined to 'adjust' to the system.
Also, there'll be a severe economic downturn after these lockdowns end. We'll then have to protest and reach out CREATIVELY. Hear me out on this and see if you agree with it.
We can dedicate some fraction of time from our protests to help conduct job outreach camps/job fairs/fundraisers for those set back. We can disguise our protests as free camps to teach things like arithmetic/coding to areas prone to outreach by sanghis.
Basically we need to stop parents from sending their kids to shakhas as much as possible. Also, we can and should be helping kids study if they are vulnerable to losing on crucial study time due to protests. We obviously need to prioritize those whom listed as vulnerable above.
This is especially applicable to those studying/teaching subjects like Maths/Anthro/Physics, etc. We NEED to amp up our outreach if we are to keep these subjects and the laypeoples' hopes alive. Outreach is the only thing that will save our subjects from being killed in unis.
That's all I can think for now. Add on anything that might help.
