Set despair to the side. Whatever popular political mobilisation that needs to happen after this (& it NEEDS to happen) right now we need to take care of people. Solidarity is needed: donate, share the details of those missing, pressure your national government to help. #Lebanon 
Kindness & compassion. There is going to be a lot trauma that is stacked on top of trauma. You cant save people from it, but be an ear and always have the offer on the table to listen and be present when listening.
