I've been preparing my statement for today, a black day, and have been wondering what would be @RahulGandhi's statement. It was to be a moment of reckoning. He didn't a word of exaltation for the Temple. He reminded us of what Ram truly is. My unwavering trust in him continues.

I did the same. Today I remembered the Ram I knew as a child. I remembered Ramayana. And how destroying your own people's place of worship, hurting them for no other reason but their identity and then establish your power over them, is so far removed from Ram.

I meant *he didn't say a word in the first Tweet in this thread.
