So @arrivanortheast aren't taking cash payments on buses anymore, and if they do take cash then they won't give you change.

So, I've been working with an autistic guy who gets ÂŁ10 a day. He needs to get a ÂŁ4.60 day ticket on a bus to his centre. He doesn't have ...
A contact less card and doesn't have a phone for the app. Staff cannot do this for him as he needs receipts to safeguard against fraud or theft.

I've just tried to get him on the bus and the driver wouldn't give change, and I only had ÂŁ3 on me. So I've paid
To get him a one way ticket which I can't claim back and then I'll have to find a way to get change to buy a second ticket to get him home all the while he's panicking because he's wearing a mask and its hot.

How is this not against the disability policy of @arrivanortheast ?
Not giving change, not allowing cash transactions are hitting disabled people or people with LD and even elderly people. Its a disgrace and I'm furious.
