Question for fellow disabled people, from your perspective, what would you want abled people to stop doing, in order to be more inclusive?

For me, I would suggest that people need to stop talking over us and learn to listen from the source-Disabled people.Ask questions with the intention of actually learning. For example like @tangotwitches learning more about Cerebral palsy or @tinu regarding autism...
...and the truth is that sometimes, we may not be willing to answer questions, perhaps they are of a sensitive nature, and you as an abled person have to learn to accept that and do your own research and use it to ensure you understand when someone is fatigued...
...so you can give them time to rest,or you learn to understand that for one reason or another, a disabled person is working themselves to the bone and they should not be pushed to the point of overload.
