To be v honest, antisemitism doesn't really get dealt with *with the quickness* either. Boris Johnson has a book out littered with antisemitic tropes. The *real* problem here the mere fact of Wiley being Black expedited his "shut down" process. See: the delegitimisation of BLM. https://twitter.com/MinaLioness/status/1290809863396827136
The media and self-proclaimed "anti-racists" used Wiley's antisemitic rant to imply *all* Black people thought this way about the Jewish community, and to imply the *true meaning* of BLM had been hijacked by Corbyn-supporting Marxist anti-Semites (?).
If Wiley wasn't Black, more if he wasn't a vocal supporter of BLM, nobody would have cared. Again I'll say, antisemitism has been a political football neoliberals and the right wing have been playing with for decades. Any *actual* care for the Jewish community, though? Nope!
I'll reiterate; it's not an antisemitism Vs anti-blackness conversation, it's an anti-white supremacy conversation. Black Jewish people *exist*, intersectionality is a *thing*. Y'all.
