T2... poor comprehensive skills he was thinking that i was asking the same question again and again. He said "why are you asking same question multiple times", which I did not! I told him I'm dropping the idea of buying Z9F for the rude experience. @sony_india Actually....
T3... I've saved so hard earned money since last 16 months to buy this and didnt want it to go waste. For the virtual gimmicky vertical 7.1.2 the price is exorbitantly high. Still as a fan of @Sony i definitely wanted to buy. But your team is too careless and rude.
T4 I was the one such precious customer of yours who badly wanted Xperia to come back as all of our previous phones were @SonyXperiaIndia's. I even started a hashtag mvmt in twitter wanting xperia back in india. I'm wondering whether sony wants to restore or destroy it's glory.
T5 My questions were different-
1. Does Z9F need a TV that compulsorily shud have atmos codec in it?
2. What relevance it has to my TV's codec when I directly input my TV's OTT content to Z9F?
3. Our sony centre and other few showrooms speak differently. No one is sure about...
T6 ...What's there inside. In the showroom they say if we have optical input slot that's enough for you to experience atmos. Whereas sony centre ppl say something different and Cust care guy says EARC port is enough for atmos.
4. So I asked him "if Earc port is present,...
T7... Does it mean indirectly that I'll get atmos in my z9f? Now he says I'm asking same question multiple times and gets annoyed to clarify the technicals which as a customer I'm misguided. I just asked a final question based on his fact only- is it enough if EARC port available
T8... People are this way dear @Sony @sony_india our family is huge patron of yours and we are still waiting for xperia to come back to get a phone.. we feel ditched with so much contradictory information and impatient incomprehensible people from your team. Pl help... 🙏
