This appears pretty unsalvageable. I'm struggling to wrap my head around how they would make up for the lost capacity. The regional food and aid chain will have to be reconfigured. Here's an aerial view of the grain silo and the crater. Complete toast. That collapsed bridge in the middle is the elevator and suction machine.
And another aerial from closer. The silos hold up to 120,000 mt in grain (~20% annual imports) which is most of the country's reserves.
I'm focusing on food here for obvious reasons, but Lebanon depends on imports in *all* areas. The currency crisis had already led to price hikes and shortages. Even if you managed to stand up an emergency facility, the situation is bound to get dire.
