Before someone come at me about gatekeeping: I tweeted this angrily and I didn't mean for the tweet to reach quite many people. As in: I don't really mean it. But I stg some of y'all just can't stop speaking over chinese people in danmei fandom. It's not meant for u, shut up

The problem I'm adressing doesn't lie in calling certain ships x buzzword etc. , it's more of the fact that white people step into danmei fandom which was meant for chinese while purposely ignoring cultural references to fit their white narratives and attack others.

Unfortunately for the one year I've been here it's happened a LOT and it's something that needs to be adressed bcs they're constantly trying to speak over chinese people. I tweeted this in a fit of rage in the first place. But this is the last thing I'm adding.
