I had cooked pasta ready, if you don't, your pasta should already be cooking
dump in white wine until it covers 3/4 of the chicken, I added beef boullion, but chicken works too. Or any stock. Even just water works. I also added tomato paste and chili paste
cover that hoe and let it sit until you get curious what it looks like.
I've added soy sauce, maggi seasoning, and lemon juice, time to taste. Remember it's hot, so let it cool on ur spon before tasting
ok, so it literally tastes like the ocean, don't add maggi seasoning, bad idea
I added water and honey and wine, gotta cook it all back down
I add sesame oil, thai chili oil, and make sure that it stick well to my pasta
yeet the pasta in, and take it off the heat, residual heat should warm the pasta up if it was cool. And I like the add butter to finish off any sauce
