Now, let’s be clear: I’m not a perfect paragon of a book reviewer. I realise there’s things I could work on, such as the lack of diversity in my reading choices and my overall attitude towards YA as a genre. I like to think I’ve grown since 2012, and I’m still growing.
But that’s partly why I’m posting this thread: to put myself out there and reach out to the wider bookish community, especially the Filipino book blogger/reviewer community.
