Don’t really care when teams spend huge fees on starting caliber players, but the fact that these teams can stockpile elite talent like it’s nothing is just frustrating.

Maybe you need to hit a certain ratio between transfer fee and % of minutes played (excluding injuries) or you maybe you reduce the squad size down to 20 to avoid stockpiling.

Not advocating for some perfectly equal system like you see in most American sports, but after FFP failed to do anything to level the playing field, things like this need a re-think.
