I’ll explain below

So @JerrySeinfeld is definitely a solid comedian and a decent actor

Let me explain why he’s a genius

After a good career in comedy, Jerry breaks out and decides to start a tv show

But this isn’t why he’s a genius

Jerry Seinfeld is a genius because he knew his name was good enough to creat a show

But his acting skills weren’t good enough to carry it

So he set his ego aside, and hired 3 legitimately talented actors to costar with him

Then he laughed himself to the bank

They got Jason Alexander to play George

Jason Alexander was already a very decorated actor who was extremely talented

And hilariously funny

They got Michael Richards to play super funny football, Cosmo Kramer

Kramer is arguably the funniest person to ever grace the screen of sitcom television

Next is Julia Dreyfus who played Elaine

Elaine became the ultimate guys gal when she held her own on the comedy stage along side an all star cast

When you consider these four plus the huge onslaught of guest stars and even the regulars

It’s hard to believe that the man the show is named after

Is possibly only the tenth best actor on the show

The moral of the story is

If you want reach your highest potential

You need to be aware of your weaknesses

Then surround yourself with people who are strong where you are weak

Drop your ego and be ok with being the 2nd or even 10th most talented in the room
