My safe low/almost no cal foods; a thread:
1. Mushrooms
They& #39;re cheap, easy to find, and have like no nutritional value so no fat but they fill you up fast
2. Pickles
They& #39;re again, cheap, easy to find, and super low in calories
3. Graham crackers
Cheap, easy to find, low cal, and they actually taste okay
(let& #39;s start a point system, if they get 4/4 they& #39;re cheap, easy to find, low cal, and they taste good)
4. Ginger snaps
4/4
5. Rx bars
4/4 my only complaint is the price :& #39;-)
6. Dried fruit
4/4 easy to convince your parents to buy too, if you& #39;re in school say that they& #39;re a school snack that you can eat in class
7. Any berries
4/4
8. Saltine crackers
3/4 they don& #39;t always taste great and they can be quite dry, other than that they& #39;re fine
9. Not really a food but hint waters/smartwater flavours
(I made a tweet about these earlier, 4/4)
10. Air popped popcorn
4/4 and you can always add a little salt if it& #39;s too bland
11. Rice cakes!
I always add a little bit of mustard so 4/4 all the way
12. Blended then slightly frozen mangos
This is super good if you want something like ice cream or sorbet, 4/4
13. Frozen bananas/strawberries
Bananas are quite sweet and often make me gag or feel nauseated because of the texture, but frozen they& #39;re good and you can add a dark chocolate chip in there too to make it taste even better, so 4/4
14. Raspberries with a dark chocolate in them
Raspberries have a perfect little space for a dark chocolate chip and they& #39;re really good, 4/4
(Also, I tried to make this thread way earlier, but it glitched out and they all posted separately so there& #39;s fourteen instead of just six! This will be kinda ongoing too)
