10 Underrated Artists You Should Check Out!

(a thread)
Femdot.

He is a Chicago based rapper that reminds me of a mix of REASON and Saba. His project from 2019 titled “94 Camry Music” has some solid tracks, including a Smino Feature.
Kenny Mason.

Kenny is a rising star out of Atlanta. His debut album, “Angelic Hoodrat” which dropped this year, was a really solid display of his talent. Tracks like Chevron, Hit and Metal Wings prove that it’s only a matter of time until he takes off.
Juto.

I’m still shocked he hasn’t blown up yet. Juto is based out of LA and is part of Taco’s label. He reminds me of Steve Lacy but is more r&b focused. His two projects from 2019, “Velvet” and “Wool” are sensational pop r&b works that haven’t gotten enough attention.
Aeris Roves.

This guy’s voice is incredible. He is based out of London and has vocals that are smooth as butter. Delilah is a personal favorite track of mine from him but all of his 2018 project “Moon By Island Gardens” is such a smooth listen.
Wynne.

Based out of Portland, Oregon, she is a boss on the mic. Her sound is incredible and her bars are fluid. Her first full length album “If I May..” dropped last year and is fire. Not to mention that it contains a JID feature. Hop on the train before this rapper blows up.
SLik d.

Based out of California, this dude has good vibes and fire bars spewing from him every which way. His project from 2014 titled “Forever Thankful” and “As We Continue..” which dropped in 2018 are both criminally overlooked. Listen to this man NOW.
Kaiit.

Her vocals are ridiculous and her sound is immaculate. Hailing from Australia, she is a force to be reckon with. So far has released numerous singles and an EP from 2018 that contain bop after bop after bop. OG Luv Kush pt.2 and Miss Shiney are some favorites of mine.
Dre’es.

He is based out Of California and has such a smooth sound. His track Warm is arguably his most famous work but his album “Swamp 00” which released in last year is a solid listen that contains a mix of trap, hip-hop, lofi and summer-esque elements.
AG Club.

This group is fun. They are a modern day boy band based out of the Bay Area. Bounding across the genres of hip-hop and indie/alternative, these dudes have a stellar sound and know how to have fun with it. Their debut album “Halfway Off The Porch” dropped this year.
Kofi Stone.

This guy is the definition of suave. His lyrical content is genuine while his delivery is relaxed and easy going. Jazzy and instrumentals suite his bars perfectly. His debut project “Nobody Cares Till Everybody Does” dropped last year and is as smooth as it gets.
If y’all want me to do this again let me know! I had a lot of fun making this list. I hope all of these amazing people get the attention and praise they deserve.
