✮ What's going to happen on the 2nd part of I-Land, a theory thread ✮
Before I begin I want to clarify that everything you'll read next is just my theories. No one is obligated to agree so I hope you can have fun while reading just as I had fun while writing. Enjoy ~
1. Ground
What I'm 99% sure of is that there won't be Ground anymore. That means there no longer will be eliminations and drop outs which would result in trainees being sent to the Ground. It's only 12 people now so I doubt they would be separated, especially at this point

2. Signal song
An another thing I'm sure of is that we're definitely getting a signal song for the second part of the show. Just as there are signal and final songs for the first part,there have to be ones for the second one too.Not only but I think that the demo would be by BTS

3. Self producing
I think that there will be at least one test which would require creating a song together. The boys would need to produce, write lyrics, come up with concept, choreography. It's going to be intense and so intriguing.

4. Special guests
I think that during the second part, we'll see more special guests coming to the show. We already know about BTS, Kwanghee, Jooe and Namjoo. There could be others too. They all could mentor/judge/give advices and provide help.

5. Rankings
Look at the photos. There are numbers on the chairs which weren't there before. It makes me think there might be rankings. How would they work? After each test all of the trainees will keep on receiving an individual score. The bigger the score, the higher

position they get. In the end, the ones with highest score get to debut and the ones with lowest don't. It depends on how many trainees are going to debut. If it's 7 - top 7 from the ranking debut. If it's 9 - top 9 debut and etc.
6. Voting
Thanks to the website we found out that soon there will be an another voting for the audience. There are three possible scenarios. First one - we get to vote in the end for the top _ trainees we want to debut. Second one - we get to save only 1/2/3 trainees (+)

among the ones with the lowest score. Third one - after each test we can rate how well each of the participants did. Global public's vote + Producers' vote + Trainees' vote (?) determine the score of an individual.
7. Individual battles
I don't know how high is the chance of that happening but yeah. Imagine them having rap, dance and vocal battles where all of them get to show much more of their skills.

That could happen no matter if ranking indeed exists or not. Each of them could keep on getting individual score after every test that forms a group score. In the end, the higher their score is, the more boys get to

debut. If they get the highest possible score, all 12 of them might get to debut. It's similar to what was the case with the final score determining the amount of voted out trainees during the first part of the show.
9. More content
Maybe I'm too optimistic but I'm definitely expecting more content than just I-Land cams during the 2nd part of the show. We could get diaries, interviews, vlogs or something completely new. Maybe we could finally see them open their social accounts.

10. Plot twists
No matter how many theories and assumptions we make I'm sure that there will be such an unexpected plot twists. It could be something we never expected. Whatever it is, I hope it's good.

Okay, that's quite unlikely but still a possibility. The boys might need to give each other temporary positions (rapper, leader, main dancer, main vocalist and etc) which will last during the end of the show and won't be changed. OR also, it's possible

that in the end the one with highest score automatically becomes center of the group. We shall find out soon 
12. More information about the group
I think that we might get more information about the upcoming group especially during the end of the show. What I believe in is that in the final episode we might even find out the debut date.

13. OT22/23 performance
I really think that we might see an ot22/23 (depending if Yoonwon participates) performance. It could be the one from the event or a completely new stage which we might see during the final episode - one last reunion.

That's more like my dream than an actual theory haha
It would be so nice if the boys could rest, relax and have fun once per week. They could be given little missions and games which would not only cheer them up but also strengthen their bond.

Last but not least, we could see the ghost paying the boys a visit again. All jokes aside but there's a rumour saying that if trainees see a ghost during practice then they'll become very successful so...
