100 years ago in Germany 80 t and around 400 t exploded at the site of the fertilizer company BASF. It damaged building in a 50 miles radius. In Beirut today the explosion is rumored to be based on 2500 t of the same Ammonium nitrate.

The crater in 1921 was 190m long. And the exact number of victims of unknown because in the central area with a diameter of 200m not a single body remained.
