helps me calm down knowing that i don’t have to deal with ppl for a while
•don’t take a break for 15-30 mins. do an hour to two because longer breaks makes u less stressed. shorter breaks doesn’t do so much

air helps as well!! if you have dogs, take your dog on a walk, go in the pool, read a book outside. just going outside helps me get out of my dungeon ( aka my room )
