The Chief Electoral Officer has no say in whether a Premier should request dissolution by the LG. Constitutionally, they are also indicating it would be inadvisable for the Assembly to withdraw confidence & force an election which is interference.

@ElectionsNB cannot reference the constitutional right for an individual to vote on one hand and on the other inject themselves in a political debate on whether to hold a general election. It ignores Responsible Government. They are a Legislative Officer not a political actor.
