2) Hibaq's Amazon job doesn't just support her, it supports her sister and her very young niece and nephew who live with her.

Being fired because she doesn't want to bring COVID home to them (kids have asthma) is a choice no one should have to make. http://bit.ly/standwithhibaq
3) Hibaq's colleague, Bashir, worked beside her.

He was recently fired.

What do they have in common?

They both spoke up against COVID19 dangers in their Minnesota Amazon warehouse.

And they are both Black (more on that next).

4) Many warehouse workers stood up to the danger Amazon and Jeff Bezos is putting them in by ignoring COVID realities.

But what do all the ones who were fired for it have in common?

They are Black.

This, while Amazon and its leaders' performative support for #BlackLivesMatter
5) VP at Amazon went on TV to lie straight to @LesleyRStahl's face on @60minutes, claiming that COVID rates inside warehouses are lower than surrounding communities

A leaked memo in Hibaq's warehouse proved this was a lie. COVID is QUADRUPLED inside.
7) But instead of reversing course after being caught lying to the public, @amazon doubled down and began to find ways to intimidate Hibaq from speaking further for her safety and the safety of her family.

How do they do this?
8) It is true that workers often don't have time to pee at Amazon. That's because Amazon employs mass surveillance over workers like Hibaq in warehouses. They count every second of "unproductivity" and add it up to evaluate you as if you were a robot.

What about social distance?
9) Amazon was put under great pressure by workers and advocates during the pandemic's start to allow time to keep workers safe, and said they would not use "time off task" surveillance in order to provide workers space and time they needed for virus safety.

Except they didn't.
10) Instead, they still use it, and they just HAPPEN to use it on the very whistleblowers who are holding them accountable for putting them and their families in danger.

So what does Hibaq want? Surely, Jeff Bezos who made $13 billion in one day recently could make it happen?
11) In their desperate need to chill her speech, and threaten her family's livelihood - they also got sloppy, and began claiming she was unproductive even before she clocked in for the day.

So back to these life saving requests they refuse to hear....
